What is Hope?

When the majestic sun shines with all its glory our hope rests in the sunshine that it will bring everything to limelight and we would be aware of all that is there to be aware of. But when the sun sets and darkness eats up every remaining twinkle of light, a tiny small candle lit up in pitch darkness as a ray of hope for those who believe that a single candle can overwhelm the darkness that is around.

What is hope: It is a belief that a thing or an event would eventually turn out the way that we want it to be.

But what actually hope is? Hope is God; He quietly sits in our unconsciousness and pulsates in our each heart beat as a hope. He shines in our blinking eyes as a ray of hope. He resonates in our ears as a message of hope. He glows in our broad smile as a beam of hope.

So when we have a hope, we actually have God on our side!

  3. "Mayoos wo ho jis ka koi Rab na ho"-This post is a complete explanation of it.
If we have faith and firm belief on Allah then no doubt we will always be hopeful, but sometimes we need to brighten it in our hearts..

  4. Sir Akhtar, in this situation when I only able to think about the ways through which I can help in a more better way to the flood victims, your words are really like oxygen to people like us.

On each step, when I feel myself helpless the only trust which keeps me going is the Hope of God. When I have kindled the candle of my side, why should I worry, at least this candle is enough to provide me and some of the people standing with me, the path that we have to follow.

  5. Thanks ReeBz and Urooj, and I have learned much from both of you, and get positive energy from visiting your blogs. We need to spread positivity and equanimity among our ranks and do whatever action that is needed to help the fellow beings. A community is like an organ, and in order to keep our health, we have to keep our community healthy.

  6. Dear All, what a perfectly timed and needed post and I also love and resonate with the ALL the comments made including these beautiful reminders by Dar Sahib...

"...each one of us is a beam of hope for each other. On numerous occasion God has also presented the message of hope through you and you might not have been aware of that!" And your comments: "We need to spread positivity and equanimity among our ranks and do whatever action that is needed to help the fellow beings. A community is like an organ, and in order to keep our health, we have to keep our community healthy."

So glad to finally be able to "show up" here again a little...and hope to come back soon.
